As a former Partner of Warth & Klein Grant Thornton Joachim Peter has decades of experience in Legal and Tax structuring of Real Estate portfolios, management and lease contracts and corporate law. His professional experience ranges from high-volume real estate transactions to the structuring of complex real estate projects. Joachim Peter is responsible for tax, law and contract management and acts as Managing Partner.

With 45 years in the Real Estate industry Klaus Groenke brings an enormous experience into the team. He has developed various asset classes with a total investment volume of 8 Billion EUR and has founded several Real Estate companies since 1966. Klaus Groenke has built up a global network of business partners and is responsible for Business Development, he acts as a Partner.
